Oceanic White Tip - Carcharhinus longimanus
Photo taken by Brocq Maxey off Cat Island, The Bahamas
Limited edition photograph printed on your choice of aluminum or gallery wrapped canvas
These pelagic creatures travel far and wide scanning the oceans for food. They have massive pectoral fins that make them extremely agile and allow them to glide with minimal effort. This is by far one of the most beautiful sharks Brocq has encountered, and one that is heavily overfished for the worth of its fins. Oceanic White Tips are as playful and curious as puppies, but as you can see, behind their beautiful physique lies a fearsome predator.
